The Shoalhaven Complex was built in 2006 (yes the good time) and is a combination of structural steel, precast and reinforced concrete… no leaks here.
The Auckland apartment is massive.....it's selling well below replacement cost. I mean the cost to build this 123m2 plus two car park apartment, would be between $8,000 -$10,000 per square meter.
I have to ask, if you are looking for a large Auckland apartment over 100m2 with two car parks that is great quality, I can't see how you can possibly do better than this… and if you do find one please ring me because I will buy it myself!
