Antipodean is more expensive
Look.....this large apartment has recently been built and to the same standard of all the new builds selling off the plans or recently finished right now...but there is a $400,000 price difference.
So what does that say?
Even if you think buying off the plans is too expensive, you can't argue that when completed, all these buildings are not only going to improve the area but lift the values of this complex and the area as a whole.....Look what's coming in the area.....
Britomart and the surrounding area has had its upgrade, making it the place to be, and I'm not talking about the new rail link......how about more commercial buildings, 5 star hotels, restaurants, shops and more.
Antipodean is complete.
Pacifica is nearly finished.
Seascape is coming.
So be a pessimist....halve that $400,000 and you're still laughing.
