Matt Kearns
Matt originally studied Biochemistry in Ireland and moved over to New Zealand after Graduating in 2013. He soon realised that working in a lab wasn't for him and instead chose the path of sales which led him to Apartment Specialists. Having achieved a record price for his first ever sale, Matt continued to grow and educate himself and soon became addicted to the Auckland apartment market, setting record prices in the majority of complexes he worked in. He views the most important aspect of his job as ensuring that owners are updated with accurate information so they can make the best decision that suits them. Matt is now one of the more senior agents on the team and specialises in achieving record prices in the fringe suburbs, in particular on the North Shore, to add to his records in Auckland CBD.
