The view?. With height restrictions of 18m2 right in front, nothing can go UP
The long term maintenance plan??..now that’s what gets me excited! These guys actually follow through?? Check out the new corridors?.
In fact, the only thing that isn’t on the UP is the Body Corporate fees.
Why??? ‘IT’S THE BEACH’! It was built to be a hotel and so look at it?..it has a design that doesn’t age, quality built and with a CC given in 2010?.it means that all the new rules apply.
So is it safe and secure? You bet.
My favourite is that view though.
What building in the city has a view that can’t be taken from it??anything else you buy at one stage or another something is going to be built in front. But not here!
