Look…..this large apartment high up on the 9th floor has recently been built and to the same standard of all the new builds selling off the plans right now….but there is a $300,000 price difference.
So what does that say…..
Even if you think buying off the plans is too expensive you can’t argue that when completed all these buildings are not only going to improve the area but lift the values of this high-end complex.and the area……look what’s coming.
Britomart and the surrounding area is about to have even more money spent on making it the place to be and I’m not talking about the new rail link……how about more commercial buildings, 5-star hotels, restaurants, shops and more.
So be a pessimist….halve that $300,000 and you’re still laughing.
