Jesse Smith is the Apartment Specialists longest serving sales agent and has achieved over 250 sales for the company since starting in August 2015. He was the companies sales champion in 2016 and 2017 and holds the record for the most sales achieved in one month. Jesse grew up on farm in Pongaroa and remembers how excited he got when he traveled to the city when he was young. He said he was always a city boy at heart and it didn't take long for him to develop a passion for apartments when he entered the industry. He managed to save for a deposit very quickly and bought his first apartment back in April 2016 and to date has bought 4 more. Sunday to Friday you will see Jesse zipping around the city center on his Apartment Specialists Scooter showing apartments while Saturday is spent on the football field playing for Waitamata FC.
